LADY LAB policies are designed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all clients.

 

Please read and follow these policies before booking your appointment:

  • Cancellation and rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Arrival time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment time or rescheduling to a later date.

  • Preparation for appointment: Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and avoid using oil-based products on your lashes or face. This helps to ensure the adhesive will properly adhere to your natural lashes.

  • Hygiene practices: We take great care to maintain a clean and sterile environment. We use disposable tools, sanitize all non-disposable tools and equipment between appointments, and wash our hands frequently.
  • Allergies and reactions: If you have experienced any adverse reactions to lash extensions in the past, please inform us before booking your appointment. We may require a patch test to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the products we use.
