❔️Were your shields the right size?
❔️Did you apply step 1 evenly from root to mid-length?

This part is so important. Taking a minute here can save you a whole lot of stress later! 😘

January has been a rollercoaster—some amazing moments, utter heartbreak and a whole lot of juggling life and business! Trying to balance everything while staying on top of my goals hasn’t been easy but now I’m motivated, pushing through and figuring out new ways to make it work 🩷✨️

This year is all about smarter time management, better productivity and not being too hard on myself when things don’t go as planned 😇
